Registration Fees

Registration fees include admissions to all Seminar sessions, lunch on 20 November 2018, coffee and tea served during the Seminar, one set of Seminar materials and certificate of attendance.

Payment
Payment or registration fees must be made in Hong Kong Dollars by the following methods:

• Credit card: Visa and MasterCard
• Personal or Company Cheque in Hong Kong Dollars payable to “International Conference Consultants Ltd.” (for local participants only)

Rules and Regulations

1. Registration is subject to acceptance on a first-come, first-served basis and can only be processed with full payment.
2. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment.  If you are not able to receive the confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Seminar Secretariat by email (gmpseminar@icc.com.hk)
3. Refund for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administration charge.  
   All cancellations must be made in writing to the Seminar Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Seminar.
   Cancellation on or before1 October 2018, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
   After1 October 2018, no refund will be made.
4. A replacement or transfer is allowed provided the replacement is from the same organization and upon receipt of a written request from the person to be replaced. Please note that substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is received on or before 1 October 2018.
5. The programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Seminar, the only liability of the Organizer is to refund the registration fee.  In case of any disputes, decision of the organizers shall be final and conclusive.
6. The participant recognizes and accepts that the Organizers of the Hong Kong GMP Seminar collect, process and store personal data exclusively for processing registration to the Seminar as well as for general preparation work for the Seminar.  It may be necessary to transfer your personal data to the co-organizers and agencies of the Seminar.  In this regard, you may object to such use at any time via email to gmpseminar@icc.com.hk.
