The Department of Health and Drug Office
The Department of Health (DH) is the HKSAR Government's health adviser and agency to execute health policies and statutory functions.  The Drug Office (DO) of DH is the law enforcement agency over the legislations concerning western medicines.  DO also provides administrative and professional support to the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, including licensing and regulatory control of manufacturer as well as registration of pharmaceutical products.
