CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

With the theme of “Surfing the Infinity: Unlimited Extend of Quality”, the Organizing Committee of PnSM 2023 welcomes the submission of abstracts related to the following topics for ORAL and POSTER presentation at the Meeting:

  • Improved patient safety
  • Enhanced quality of care
  • Better patient/ service outcome
  • Patient education
  • Staff training in perioperative care
  • Leadership and management

General Guideline:

  1. Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  2. Maximum 300 words: Your abstract may be rejected if the word limit is exceeded. 
  3. You are recommended to organize the body of the abstract as follows:
    • Background / Objectives
    • Methodology/ Implementation
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  4. Abstract Submission Deadline: 31 July 2023, 23:59 HKT
  5. Notification of acceptance will be sent to presenters by email in mid-Aug 2023.
  6. Further guideline will be provided upon receipt of the acceptance notice.
  7. All presenters are required to register before 31 Aug 2023 as a paid delegate. Otherwise, we assume the abstract is withdrawn.
  8. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject and/or to edit the abstract.

Terms and Conditions
  1. Registration form without payment will NOT be processed. Please do NOT send cash. 
  2. The Meeting Secretariat will send a letter of confirmation by email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat. 
  3. Refund for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administration charge. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Meeting. 
    • On/before 31 July 2023: 50% of the registration fee 
    • After 31 July 2023: No Refund 
  4. The Programme is subject to change without prior notice. 
  5. In the event of cancellation of the Meeting due to typhoon, flooding, earthquake and any other uncontrollable natural disasters, all the registration fees paid will NOT be refunded by the Organizer. The Meeting Secretariat will send email to notify the registrants on the updated arrangement.  
  6. In case of any disputes, decision of the Organizer shall be final and conclusive. 
  7. All enquiries, changes and cancellation should be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat.
